Cancellation Policy
- 0-24 hours before departure: No refund will be provided.
24 hours before departure until ticket issuance: 5% cancellation charge. - Partial cancellation is not possible.
- Good India Tours & Travels reserves the right to change the cancellation policy without prior notice.
- The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are tentative. Buses may be delayed due to traffic jams or breakdowns, but they will not leave the source before the mentioned time.
- Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding/pickup point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Single-seat cancellation is not allowed. The entire booking must be cancelled.
- If the bus is cancelled, the responsibility lies with the operator. Good India Tours & Travels is not responsible for making alternate arrangements.
- If the coach is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, the fare shall be refundable.
- The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables or cash left behind in the bus.
- If alternate arrangements are made by the operator in case of cancellation, no refund will be provided.
- Passengers must present the following at the time of boarding, failing which they may not be allowed to board:
- Copy of the ticket (a printout of the ticket or the printout of the ticket email)
- Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card, Voter ID card)
