Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 0-24 hours before departure will not receive any refund.
  • Cancellations made from 24 hours before departure until ticket issuance will incur a 5% cancellation charge.
  • Partial cancellation is not allowed; the entire booking must be cancelled.
  • Good India Tour & Travels reserves the right to change the cancellation policy without prior notice.
  • The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are tentative. Delays may occur due to traffic jams or breakdowns, but the bus will not depart before the specified time.
  • Passengers must arrive at the boarding/pickup point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • Single-seat cancellation is not permitted; the entire booking must be cancelled.
  • If the bus is cancelled, the operator is responsible for the service. Good India Tour & Travels is not responsible for making alternate arrangements.
  • If the coach is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, the fare will be refundable.
  • The management is not liable for any loss or damage to valuables or cash left behind on the bus.
  • If alternate arrangements are made by the operator in case of cancellation, no refund will be provided.
  • Passengers must present the following at the time of boarding, failing which they may not be allowed to board:
    • Copy of the ticket (either a printout or the ticket email)
    • Identity proof (such as a driving license, student ID card, company ID card, passport, PAN card, or voter ID card)
