Cancellations made 0-24 hours before departure will not receive any refund.
Cancellations made from 24 hours before departure until ticket issuance will incur a 5% cancellation charge.
Partial cancellation is not allowed; the entire booking must be cancelled.
Good India Tour & Travels reserves the right to change the cancellation policy without prior notice.
The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are tentative. Delays may occur due to traffic jams or breakdowns, but the bus will not depart before the specified time.
Passengers must arrive at the boarding/pickup point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Single-seat cancellation is not permitted; the entire booking must be cancelled.
If the bus is cancelled, the operator is responsible for the service. Good India Tour & Travels is not responsible for making alternate arrangements.
If the coach is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, the fare will be refundable.
The management is not liable for any loss or damage to valuables or cash left behind on the bus.
If alternate arrangements are made by the operator in case of cancellation, no refund will be provided.
Passengers must present the following at the time of boarding, failing which they may not be allowed to board:
Copy of the ticket (either a printout or the ticket email)
Identity proof (such as a driving license, student ID card, company ID card, passport, PAN card, or voter ID card)
