Terms & Conditions

  • The company is not liable for trip cancellations due to breakdowns or reasons beyond management’s control. Proportionate refunds will be allowed if no alternate arrangement is made.
  • Management is not responsible for passengers’ luggage or belongings inside the bus or office.
  • Tickets are valid only for the specified journey and are non-transferable. The management reserves the right to offload passengers with incorrect tickets, disturbing co-passengers, or in a drunken state, without refund.
  • The Management reserves the right to cancel, postpone, change, or delay the vehicle without assigning a reason, and to change seating arrangements in emergencies.
  • Passengers are requested to report 15 minutes in advance. The bus will not wait for late passengers.
  • Contraband and explosive articles are not allowed. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in the coach.
  • There is no refund for cancellation of Pre/Postponed & Open tickets.
  • Ticket cancellation and changes require a visit to the nearest company office with the ticket; telephonic requests will not be entertained.
  • Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch/agency counter.
  • Pets and animals are not allowed inside the bus during the journey.
  • Any passenger disturbing co-passengers may be asked to alight from the coach.
  • Seats will be confirmed only after successful payment, depending upon seat availability.
  • Cancellation refunds will be provided as a cash coupon valid for one year. This cash coupon may be redeemed as a refund to your respective Credit/Debit Card account within 30 days of ticket cancellation.
  • Refunds will be credited to your account within 8 to 10 working days after refund initiation.
  • The refund cash coupon amount will carry a Payment Gateway transaction charge of 5% (For E-Tickets Only).
  • Full ticket is compulsory for children above 5 years; without a ticket, children will not be allowed to board the bus (Age proof required).
  • Pre/Postpone and Open ticket changes are not allowed within 4 hours of the station’s main departure time.
  • Difference amounts will not be refunded in Pre/Post/Open ticket cases.
  • If a booked coach gets cancelled/changed, different seats may be given in another coach/same coach.
  • Passengers are bound by the Terms and Conditions of Good India Tours & Travels upon purchasing a ticket.

Ticket Cancellation Policies

  • Within 12 hours from the station departure time: 100% Non-Refundable.
  • Between 12 to 24 hours before station departure time: 50% Non-Refundable.
  • Between 24 to 3 days before station departure time: 30% Non-Refundable.
  • 3 days before station departure time: 20% Non-Refundable.
